Jeevan Pravaas recently conducted a transformative Happiness and Well-being program from March 18th to 20th at TA Pai Management Institute ( TAPMI) Manipal University at Bengaluru, aimed at equipping the 1st and 2nd-year students with invaluable tools to navigate life’s challenges.
The program unfolded across six engaging sessions tailored for both student cohorts and faculty members.
Kicking off with a heartwarming activity centered on spreading goodwill and happiness, participants experienced firsthand the profound impact of genuine kindness. Delving deeper, the program introduced the renowned 4-quadrant model of Jeevan Pravaas, encompassing Intellectual, Social, Mental Health, and Physical Health dimensions, emphasizing the vital importance of balance.
Through insightful self-assessment tools, students gained clarity on their core work values, illuminating pathways to professional fulfillment and contentment. Integrating brief physical activities throughout, participants explored the uplifting effects of exercise-induced “happy hormones.”
To foster continued growth, each attendee received a journal to craft personalized action plans across all quadrants, empowering them to enhance their overall well-being quotient.
Cheers to TAPMI for investing in holistic development of their students, ensuring they thrive both inside and outside the classroom!
