These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Jeevan Pravaas Consultancy LLP, a limited liability partnership, organized under the laws of India and having its principal place of business at 704 Grevillea, Nyati Estate, Mohammadwadi, Hadapsar, Pune – 411060 (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Website or the Services (“User”, “you”, or “your”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of the website/ portal located at www.jeevanpravaas.com (“Website”) & lifementoring.jeevanpravaas.com (“Portal”) and the Services offered through them.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE/ PORTAL OR THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or the Services.

Terms and Conditions

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
1.1 The Company provides life mentoring and professional training services including but not limited to online training, in-person training, workshops, courses, coaching and organize events as outlined on our website and in our promotional materials (“Services”). Detailed descriptions of each Service offered by us can be obtained by contacting us directly.

1.2 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice and without any liability.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

2.1 The Services on the Website/ Portal are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Website / Portal. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use the Website / Portal or access content on the Website/ Portal only under the supervision and/ or prior consent/ permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2.2 If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNTS

3.1 If you use the Website / Portal, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name/User ID and password and you shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name/User ID and password. You agree that if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with the these Terms, we shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the Website and refuse to provide you with access to the Website/ Portal or the Services.

3.2 If you share or allow others to have access to your account on the Portal (“Account”), you shall be solely liable and responsible for all the activities undertaken under your Account, and any consequences there from.

3.3 You agree to: (a) ensure that you successfully log out from your account at the end of each session; and (b) immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your Account. If there is reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of your account, we may request you to change the password or we may suspend your account without any liability, for such period of time as we deem appropriate in the circumstances. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Fees for the Services shall be as stated on the Website/ Portal or in a separate written agreement.

4.2 All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated in writing by the Company.

4.4 The Company reserves the right to revise fees at any time.

5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

5.1 Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms, if applicable, shall be governed by the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.

5.2 Failure to attend scheduled training sessions shall not entitle the User to a refund.

6.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1 All Website / Portal content and Services are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 No license or right is granted to you except for a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Website / Portal and avail Services for personal or internal business use.

6.3 You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, record, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Website/ Portal content without prior written consent of the Company.

7. PROHIBITED USE

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Website / Portal or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or the Website / Portal for violating any of the prohibited uses.

8.DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

8.2 The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding specific results, outcomes, certifications, or professional success.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.2 In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable Service.

10.INDEMNIFICATION

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• use of the Website / Portal or the Services;
• violation of these Terms; or
• infringement of third-party rights.

The Website/ Portal  may contain links to third-party websites. The Company does not endorse and is not responsible for the content or practices of such third-party websites.

 12.SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms are determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

 13.TERMINATION

13.1 The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Website / Portal or Services immediately, without notice, for breach of these Terms.

13.2 Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall cease.

14.GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Pune. Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our Website. It is your responsibility to check our Website / Portal periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our Website/ Portal or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate our clients’ needs.

Business Solutions Consultation:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled service date to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 10 of the service date may incur a cancellation fee as per terms of agreement of contract, with increasing charges closer to the date of service delivery. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 1 week of the service date or if the service has commenced. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation approval.

Events:

Full refund if cancellation is 4 weeks before event date

25% cancellation fee 15 days before event date

50% cancellation fee 10 days before event date

75% cancellation fee 7 days before event date

No refund 3 days before event date.

(Refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation approval)
