Cdr Naveen and Cdr Ninad are both seniors from the Navy with whom my association goes back more than two decades. Both my boys have chosen unconventional career paths - The elder one is today a music professional working across film industries and the younger one has chosen a path that merges sports planning, media , marketing and content creation. Both of them benefitted immensely from the on-point guidance of Cdr Naveen.

It is the best place for Career Counselling & Guidance. It is the only place where you will get to know your deep-rooted personality, cognitive personality & behavioral personality. When you are aware of these three areas of your nature, it becomes very easy to find the work roles that suit you as a person. Once we choose a career based on who we are, the chances of staying in that field and succeeding are very high. Hence, I recommend students and parents to seek this help and identify your true nature. A career is not about finding streams, subjects, or courses. its about finding yourself and then choosing what is best for you.
