Cdr Naveen and Cdr Ninad are both seniors from the Navy with whom my association goes back more than two decades. Both my boys have chosen unconventional career paths - The elder one is today a music professional working across film industries and the younger one has chosen a path that merges sports planning, media , marketing and content creation. Both of them benefitted immensely from the on-point guidance of Cdr Naveen.

It is the best place for Career Counselling & Guidance. It is the only place where you will get to know your deep-rooted personality, cognitive personality & behavioral personality. When you are aware of these three areas of your nature, it becomes very easy to find the work roles that suit you as a person. Once we choose a career based on who we are, the chances of staying in that field and succeeding are very high. Hence, I recommend students and parents to seek this help and identify your true nature. A career is not about finding streams, subjects, or courses. its about finding yourself and then choosing what is best for you.

The sessions I attended were engaging and the lessons covered a lot of ground. The focus was on being constructive, specific and meeting the time lines. It highlighted areas of both strengths and areas of improvement. Thank you for the continued guidance and support.
