Well-Being Program

Well-Being Program

In line with the Panchakosha model, we have a unique 4 quadrant model of holistic well-being which includes the Intellectual, Social, Mental and Physical health aspects. Scientifically too, the release of ‘happy hormones’ [ Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphin] happens only when a person indulges in activities related to all these 4 quadrants daily. In fact, the Physical health quadrant seems to score the highest marks in this aspect as it can release all the 4 happy hormones each day.
