Refund / Cancellation Policy

Jeevan Pravaas Consultancy LLP renders services including but not limited to career mentoring, training and consultancy services etc. to individuals and to organisations. We do take utmost care in ensuring that the services provided are charged as per the payment page / official mail / signed MOU with the customer. Once the service gets delivered, we do not have any provision for cancellation of the service that the person / organisation has purchased or subscribed to. However, if you are not satisfied with our Career Mentoring Services, we will connect with you to understand your issues and try to resolve them, if need be, through an additional session.If you are still not satisfied with our service, you are requested to write to us at care@jeevanpravaas.com within 3 days of the additional session with the mentor and we will make commensurate refunds as per the services used, in appropriate circumstances, at our sole discretion.

 If you are not provided the Career Mentoring Service for any reason and we are not able to resolve the issue even after your intimating us regarding the same, then as your sole remedy and within ten (10) days of payment made, you may request a refund by emailing us at care@jeevanpravaas.com.
